Our offices in Huddersfield and Cleckheaton run Advice and Information Surgeries. These surgeries can cover topics from form filling to Welfare and Benefits.

Within our offices we also have, a wealth of information in leaflet and booklet form plus Fact Sheets on a huge range of subjects, these Fact Sheets are available either by calling at our offices, or they can be downloaded or printed from the Age Concern website ( www.ageconcern.org.uk).

If we do not have the necessary expertise to advise you ourselves, then we will introduce clients to organisations who can, such as Solicitors or Department for Work and Pensions.

Community Information Service

The Community Information Service is open to those who are unable to attend our Advice and Information Surgeries, due to their personal circumstances. Our Community Information Case Workers can make home visits and give advice on a huge range of topics including those mentioned above.
